Terms and Conditions

1. About Vietnam Sales Bridge
Vietnam Sales Bridge (“VSB”) is a business project operated by Federico Zago. It is not currently a separately incorporated company.
These Terms concern the use of www.vietnamsalesbridge.com.
Website operator: Federico Zago, operating under the Vietnam Sales Bridge brand
Contact address: Paju 1a, Tartu, 50603, Estonia
Email: sales@vietnamsalesbridge.com
2. Purpose of the website
This website provides information about VSB’s business-to-business services, including market assessment, distributor search, supplier search, business development and coordination of company setup support in Vietnam.
The services presented are intended for businesses and professionals acting for business purposes.
Website content is general information. It is not legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice.
3. Enquiries and introductory calls
Submitting a contact form, sending an email or booking an introductory call does not, by itself, create a paid service agreement or an obligation to purchase.
A free introductory call is intended to discuss your business objectives and assess whether VSB’s services may be relevant. It does not include a completed market study, verified partner shortlist or other paid deliverable unless expressly agreed.
Please provide accurate information and only share personal or business information that you are authorised to disclose. Avoid sending confidential documents before appropriate confidentiality arrangements are agreed.
4. Paid services and separate agreements
Before a paid project begins, the parties must agree in writing on the service provider’s legal identity, project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, estimated timeline and respective responsibilities.
The project agreement should also address confidentiality, permitted use of deliverables, cancellation, refunds, liability and any applicable third-party costs.
These website Terms do not replace that agreement. In the event of a conflict concerning a paid project, the signed project agreement takes precedence, subject to applicable mandatory law.
5. Package descriptions, prices and timelines
Package descriptions explain the services currently offered. Published prices and timelines must be read together with the stated scope and exclusions.
A “from” price indicates a starting price. The final fee depends on the agreed project scope.
Before accepting an engagement, VSB will confirm the total fees, applicable tax treatment, payment terms and any additional costs requiring approval.
Estimated timelines depend on factors such as receipt of client information, project complexity, third-party responses and local administrative procedures. Any material changes will be discussed with the client.
Changes to website prices or descriptions do not retrospectively change an existing project agreement.
6. Research, introductions and commercial outcomes
Research findings reflect the sources and information available at the time of preparation. Business circumstances, regulations and third-party information can change.
Identifying or introducing a potential distributor, supplier or customer does not guarantee that the organisation will respond, attend a meeting, enter into an agreement or generate sales.
Any stated number of meetings is subject to the conditions disclosed in the relevant package and project agreement, including third-party interest and availability.
Clients remain responsible for their commercial decisions and for appropriate due diligence before entering into contracts or making payments to third parties. The project agreement will specify any verification activities included in VSB’s scope.
7. Specialist and third-party services
Company setup, licensing, accounting, legal, tax and other regulated matters may require appropriately qualified local specialists.
VSB’s role and the responsibilities of any specialist will be defined in the project agreement. Coordination support does not constitute a guarantee of registration, licensing, banking approval or any other administrative outcome.
Third-party appointments, fees and services must be agreed as part of the project arrangements.
8. Demonstration reports and sample deliverables
Materials labelled “demo”, “sample”, “illustrative” or “fictional” show the format and possible structure of a deliverable.
They do not establish that the organisations, quotations, scores, meetings or results shown have been verified or achieved.
A sample is not a client case study unless it is expressly identified as one.
9. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics and sample materials are owned by VSB or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated.
You may view and download publicly available materials for your internal evaluation of VSB’s services. You may not sell them, present them as your own work or redistribute them commercially without written permission.
Ownership and permitted use of paid project deliverables will be specified in the relevant project agreement.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use this website to submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person, distribute malware, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
You must respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others when contacting VSB or submitting information.
11. External websites and tools
The website may link to third-party websites or tools, including appointment-booking services.
Those services are operated by their respective providers and may have their own terms and privacy notices. VSB does not control their content, availability or policies.
12. Privacy and cookies
Information about how personal data is handled is provided in the website’s Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in the Cookie Policy.
These Terms do not constitute consent to optional tracking or marketing.
13. Website availability and responsibility
VSB takes reasonable care when preparing website content but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will remain current.
If you identify an error, please contact sales@vietnamsalesbridge.com.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes rights provided by mandatory law. Liability relating to paid services will be addressed in the separate project agreement.
14. Questions and disputes
Please contact sales@vietnamsalesbridge.com with any questions or complaints, including sufficient information for VSB to review the issue.
VSB will seek to resolve concerns through direct discussion. Any unresolved dispute remains subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, its operator or the services described. The current version and its update date will be displayed on this page.
An update to these website Terms does not amend an existing signed project agreement.
